• Salary: Up to PHP 40,000 + Up to PHP 100,000 in commission

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Results-driven, assertive, organized, and self-motivated
• Genuine interest in fashion, styling, photography, or the modeling industry
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Willingness to work onsite at PNB, Makati

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contact and follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email
• Build genuine client relationships and identify customer needs and motivations
• Inspire clients to book professional photo shoots with a PHP 89 booking fee
• Manage lead pipelines and customer interactions using HubSpot CRM
• Promote confidence, ambition, and memorable fashion photography experiences through consultative selling
